Refund policy

1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (WIDERRUFSRECHT)

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty (30) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

2. EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs resulting from a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us).

Refunds will be issued after we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof of return shipment.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.

3. RETURNS (30-DAY POLICY)

In addition to your legal right of withdrawal, we offer a 30-day return policy for all eligible products.

To qualify for a return:

  • The request must be made within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be in reasonable condition (unused or lightly used)
  • Proof of purchase is required

4. RETURN COSTS

We cover return shipping costs for approved returns within the 30-day return period.

5. REFUNDS

Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item.

We will refund:

  • The product price
  • Original standard shipping costs (where applicable under EU law)

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Shopify Payments or PayPal).

Processing times depend on your payment provider.

6. REPLACEMENTS

If you receive:

  • a damaged product
  • a defective product
  • or the wrong item

we will first offer a replacement. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.

7. NON-ELIGIBLE RETURNS

We may refuse returns or refunds in cases of:

  • misuse of the product
  • fraud or abuse of the return system
  • excessive or suspicious return activity
