1. SHIPPING AREAS
We currently ship to:
- United States
- Canada
We may expand to additional countries in the future.
2. PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
During high demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
3. DELIVERY TIME
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard delivery: 5–8 business days
- In some cases: up to 14–18 business days depending on product availability, supplier location, and logistics conditions
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
4. SHIPPING MODEL
We operate using a dropshipping model.
This means:
- Products are shipped directly from third-party suppliers
- Many products are shipped from outside the EU (including China)
- We do not physically stock or inspect items before shipment
This allows us to offer a wide range of products at competitive prices.
5. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs (if applicable) are calculated at checkout and displayed before purchase completion.
6. TRACKING INFORMATION
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take a few days to become active depending on the carrier.
7. CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
Depending on your location, your order may be subject to customs duties or import taxes.
These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
8. DELAYS & EXCEPTIONS
Delivery times may be affected by:

- carrier delays
- high demand periods
- supplier logistics issues
We are not responsible for delays outside our control.
