4. PRODUCTS & BUSINESS MODEL

We operate an online store selling consumer goods via an international dropshipping model.

This means:

  • Products are shipped directly from third-party suppliers (including outside the EU, e.g. China)
  • We do not manufacture or physically inspect products before shipment
  • Product specifications are provided by suppliers and may vary slightly in appearance or packaging

We are not responsible for minor variations caused by supplier manufacturing or shipping processes.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We currently ship to the United States and Canada, and may expand to additional regions in the future.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard delivery: 5–8 business days
  • In some cases: up to 14–18 business days depending on product and supplier availability

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, logistics delays, or supplier conditions.

6. PRICES & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in applicable currency and may change at any time without notice.

We accept:

  • Shopify Payments (including Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.)
  • PayPal (where available or added in the future)

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of suspected fraud or payment issues.

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS

We offer a 30-day return and refund policy starting from the date the product is received.

Customers may request:

  • A refund
  • A replacement
  • Or a return (if applicable)

Return conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in reasonable condition
  • Return shipping costs are covered by us for eligible returns within the 30-day period

This exceeds the minimum 14-day withdrawal right required under EU consumer law.

We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of misuse, fraud, or excessive return abuse.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website (branding, images, design, text) is owned by FurlioPets or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party suppliers, customs, or shipping carriers
  • Products are provided “as is” from third-party manufacturers

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be excluded under German or EU law.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

For consumers within the EU, mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence may also apply.
